\r\nI took some curtains to busy bee in Aldergrove so they could shorted them. I dropped them off on Thursday Nov 25, 2010 and they told me it will cost $8.99 per curtain to fix. On monday they called me to go check on the curtains to see if it was ok the thread they used, I went to the store told them it was ok and it was still then $8.99 per curtain and yesterday Dec 1st, 2010 I went to see if they were ready and it was still $8.99 per curtain. So I go today to pick them up and they bill me twice the amount agreed upon. that it required more stitches and they told me it was now $32.99 total, so $16.50 per curtain, that is twice the price they quote me several times. When asked why I was not advised at the beginning of the possibility it might be more if it needed more stitches they didn\'t know what to say, the front lady told me she didn\'t know the prices and there is no price list at the store, I spoke over the phone with the manager and asked why was I not told this when I dropped off the curtains or monday or wednesday or at least call me and ask it is was ok and he instead yell at me and hang up on me. So needless to say I will never , ever use them again. Awful customer service, they rip you off and very unprofessional. they don\'t have a price list, the lady does not the prices and they quote you the wrong thing. DONT GO THERE...
